So something a bit different from my regular reviews. I am an avid Magic the Gathering player and wanted to try out a new deck for Friday Night Magic with the new set, Scars of Mirrodin. The deck I used was composed of tons of myrs and revolved around a strategy of getting out either an infinite mana combo with the myr's listed above or using a a battle ball to kill them off late game. I ended up winning my first two matches and then lost my second two matches. This qualified me for top four. I beat the first match in top four and then had a draw with the last match. I was quite surprised to win a FNM with a new deck that I had not tested much yet.Saturday, October 9, 2010
